When will my order ship?
Every Astro Nomad piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping — typically 5–10 business days in the US. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
What does 'limited to 50 / 100 / 150' mean?
Exactly what it says. Each design is produced in a fixed run — GRAIL pieces are capped at 50, PREMIUM at 100, CORE at 150. When a run sells out, that design is retired and never restocked.
How heavy is the fabric?
All tiers are built on 260+ GSM heavyweight blanks — substantial, structured, and made to hold shape wash after wash.
How do the sizes fit?
Our pieces are cut boxy and oversized in the modern streetwear silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down; for the full oversized drape, take your usual size.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — but if anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it free or refund you in full. Full details in our Returns/Exchange Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has started.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after production. Customs fees, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
