Every Astro Nomad piece is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, the order has entered production and the policy above applies.
