Production Time
Every Astro Nomad piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend slightly during drops and holiday periods.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us through the Contact page and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; addresses can only be corrected within 12 hours of purchase.
